Walter Kellogg Farnsworth, of Rutland, Republican; secretary; was born in Windsor, November 17, 1870; profession, a lawyer; located in town in 1893; educated at Chester and Woodstock high schools; has held the office of justice of the peace; assistant secretary of the Senate in 1898 and 1900.  Religious preference, Congregationalist.

Homer Lucius Skeels of Swanton, Republican; assistant secretary; born in Swanton, November 19, 1875; is a law student and was educated at Burr and Burton Seminary, Manchester, Vt., and Middlebury College, class of 1898; executive clerk in 1900- 02. Religious preference, Congregationalist.

Marcellus W. Farman of Westfield, Republican; chaplain; was  born in Westfield, July 29, 1865; he is a Congregationalist clergyman; was educated in the common schools of Westfield, Johnson Normal School and the University of Vermont. Post-office address, Westfield.

Stanley C. Wilson of Montpelier, Republican; reporter; was born in Orange, September 10, 1879; he is a law student; was educated in the common schools, Goddard Seminary and Tufts College; was deputy clerk of the Washington County Court one year. Religious preference, Universalist. Post-office address, Montpelier.

Alonzo Herrick of Poultney, Republican; doorkeeper; was born in Middletown, July 21, 1843; he is a farmer; was educated in the common schools; has held the offices of deputy sheriff, lister, selectman and road commissioner. Religious preference, Episcopalian. Post-office address, Poultney. 

Frank B. Morse of Wolcott, Republican; assistant doorkeeper; was born in Woodbury, July 20, 1844; he is a lumberman; was educated in the common schools; has held the offices of selectman, road commissioner and justice of the peace. Religious preference, Methodist. Post-office address, Wolcott.

Frank O. Wheeler of Burlington, Republican; page; was born in Burlington May 2, 1887; he is a student in the Burlington High School. Religious preference, Congregationalist. Post-office address, Burlington. 

George M. Davis of Chelsea, Republican; page; was born in Chelsea, June 24, 1883; he is a student. Religious preference, Methodist. Post-office address, Chelsea.
